Casalta was founded by John Hamilton and Ben Trapani to do short-term rentals the way they should be done in the Smokies: a small, carefully managed collection of great cabins, cared for by a local team, bookable directly without the big-platform layer.
For guests, that means the people who confirm your booking are the people who look after the home. For owners, it means an operator who treats your cabin like the asset it is — with transparent fees and numbers you can see any time.
